Animal-rights organization, Animal Justice, are privately prosecuting a live-horse exporter for allegedly violating federal regulations in Manitoba. The animal-rights organizations allege that the exporter unlawfully exceeded the 28-hour time limit that live horses are allowed to be in transport without food and water.
